SBI Bank proposes 15.79% dividend for FY 2074/75; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 8.442 arba

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has proposed 15.79% dividend for the FY 2074/75.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank will provide 5% bonus share and 10.79% cash dividend to its shareholders.

The decision of the bank is subject to approval from the Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the bank.

After the adjustment of 5% bonus shares, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 8.442 arba.

During the Year the Bank has been able to record an operating profit of Rs. 276.17 crore and net profit of Rs 202.35 crore. The Bank achieved 29.32% growth in net profit compare to previous year.

Bank’s Performance Indicators (As on Ashadh End 2075 B.S.):

Total Deposit: Rs.8,422.73 Crore

Total Loans and Advances: Rs. 7,523.59 crore

Operating Profit: Rs. 276.17 crore

Net Profit: Rs. 202.35 crore

Capital Fund to Risk Weighted Assets (RWA): 15.15 %

Non Performing Loans (NPL) to Total Loans: 0.20 % (SOURCE)
